This is a HotSync issue. Here are the steps I would take to troubleshoot, in order (test after each step): Make certain the connector does not have any grime or lint on it; one unit on my desk quit working but was fixed after we brushed the lint from it. Reboot the PC (a classic Windows trouble fix). Reset the PDA (tap the reset button on the back); that is just like rebooting the PC. Reinstall HotSync. |
