Enterprise Products

Two enterprise-level products are available for implementation on a large scale: Order Trakker™ and Sales Trakker™ Enterprise. Both of these system have been engineered to handle a variety of possible configurations, to easily adapt to different business methodologies. And both systems use the proprietary MobiSync™ data transfer engine, a technology that allows data exchange between field devices and a central data repository in an efficient and controlled manner. 

MobiSync™ is built on a foundation of TCP/IP and data compression, so it is ideal for wireless access by workers in the field.  Connectivity to existing systems can utilize a variety of methods, including direct SQL data push/pull, ASCII file import/export, MSMQ, or COM interfaces.  Data exchange is efficient, fast, and secure; one server can handle dozens of simultaneous connections.

Data exchange can also be designed to use Web services, which allows an organization to implement by deploying standard Web components, which still maintaining a rich and powerful user interface.  The systems are designed for disconnected operation with local data storage, which accommodates intermittent wireless connectivity.

Order Trakker™ allows an organization to push electronic product order entry out to their customers, by cost-effectively equipping them with a hand-held device that makes the order process portable and painless. A complete product catalog can be stored on the device, and product availability and pricing can be updated automatically on connection.

Sales Trakker™ Enterprise equips a sales force with a portable system that can write orders quickly, efficiently, and accurately.

Bar code scanning and printing directly from the device are supported, to speed data entry and allow hard copies of transactions to be produced remotely.
