Route Trakker
Consignment helps
QuickBooks keeps track
of inventory consigned
to a customer's site,
and the sales of these
products over time.
At the customer site the
rep simply enters the
current inventory count
of each product; the
system automatically
computes restock
quantities and creates
the necessary
documentation.
If the rep and the
customer agree to
changes in the inventory
levels, these changes
are entered into the
same count sheets.
The system automatically
classes consigned
inventory separately
from sales, to allow
QuickBooks to accurately
report inventory sold
and inventory placed on
consignment.

but also includes
features to assist in
consignment inventory
management.

segregated as
consignment or
sales
(customer-owned)
stock

Consignment
stock invoices

designated

An AR aging
report can be
